What the numbers mean
540 lm from 14 W, the brightest single fixture on this page. Fewer, brighter uplights is usually the better plan than more, dimmer ones — it takes fewer runs of cable, fewer holes and fewer things to fail, and a facade lit by four strong sources reads more deliberate than one lit by eight weak ones.
A 70-degree beam. Between the LEONLITE column at 45 and the SUNVIE wash at 90. It will uplight a tree without the spill of a floodlight and cover a wall without the fuss of aiming a narrow beam precisely.
CRI 80. Ten below the LEONLITE. Not a bad number, and you would need them side by side on the same brick to see it.
Fast-lock connectors on a 15 in tail, included. This is the quiet reason to buy it. The SUNVIE makes you source connectors separately; this arrives ready to join to a cable run. Over four fixtures it is the difference between an afternoon and an afternoon plus a second trip to the hardware shop.
Not dimmable. DEWENWILS sells app-controlled RGBW fixtures on a separate line. This is not one of them: it is on, or it is off.
Who it is for
- Someone who wants four strong uplights that work, with the least possible faff.
- Facades and specimen trees where 540 lm earns its keep.
- Anyone who read the SUNVIE page and decided a soldering iron is not in their future.
Who should buy something else
- You need to cover a lot of ground cheaply: eight SUNVIE fixtures cost less than four of these.
- Colour rendering matters more than output: the LEONLITE at CRI 90.
- You want to change colour or dim: nothing in this box will. The Govee spotlights are the addressable option.
What we could not check
We have not installed these, and this page has the thinnest evidence of the three spotlights here, so the confident tone above needs a caveat attached to it.
On a small body of owner reports, what stands out is an absence: unlike the SUNVIE’s soldering complaints or the LEONLITE’s shared-line failures, no repeated hardware-failure pattern surfaced in the visible reviews at all. The only recurring note is mild grumbling about connector fit. One reviewer confirms a year of consistent operation.
A clean record on a short history is a much weaker claim than a clean record on a long one, and we would rather say so than let the absence of bad news read as good news. Failure patterns need volume to become visible. This may be the most reliable fixture here or it may simply not have been owned by enough people for long enough for its problem to show up yet. On what is currently observable it is the safest of the three; ask again in two years.
The renders place four fixtures. Where you aim them is the whole job and no render can do it for you.

Price tiers are our own rough budget bands, not live prices. Check the listing for today’s price. The price itself stays on the listing, where it is current, rather than here, where it would go stale. The same catalogue drives the calculator, so a number here and a number there are the same number.
