Light: the UpDown states 600 lm per light, 1200 lm a pack across both cones. The Emliviar has no bulb in the box and takes up to 100 W, so its output is your choice.
Control: the UpDown lists Alexa, Google and Matter. The Emliviar has no sensor on this version.
Fitting: the UpDown is meant for beside a door or on the garage piers. The Emliviar's product notes warn the glass cracks if forced past the retaining prong.
Weather rating: the UpDown is IP66; the Emliviar is UL wet location, which cannot be ranked against it.
