The differences that matter

  • Colour: the SL5C 4 has 4 addressable zones, one per light, and is listed as RGBTW. The LEONLITE 6 has none and is 3000K at CRI 90.
  • Power: the SL5C is solar and self-contained. The LEONLITE runs on 12-24 V and needs a transformer bought separately.
  • Count: 4 lights against 6, in the same cost tier.
  • Output: the SL5C is 120 lm and 3 W a fixture, and its listing says it accents a feature rather than washing a two-storey wall. The LEONLITE lists 5 W and gives no lumen figure.
  • Weather and repair: the SL5C is IP67 and the LEONLITE IP65. The LEONLITE's product notes add that the LED is sealed in, so the fixture goes when the LED does.
