H7015 48 vs Ambience Pro

Matching on length and bulb count, with 48 ft and 15 bulbs each, these differ in what the bulbs can do. The Govee H7015 colours each one through a Bluetooth app; Brightech's Ambience Pro stays fixed white at a stated 2 W.

Govee

H7015 48

48 FT · 15 BULBS · IP65

The older 48 ft string, and the one to buy if the S14 is more than the job needs. Same length and the same fifteen addressable bulbs, but RGBIC rather than RGBICWW: there is no dedicated warm-white die, so 2700K is mixed out of red, green and blue and reads slightly cooler and less clean than the newer string over a table. It is also Bluetooth only — no wifi, so no schedule that runs while you are out and no voice control. How long they last is the open question, which is the reason it is here as the budget option rather than the recommendation.

Ambience Pro

48 FT · 15 BULBS · 2 W EACH · UL, WEATHERPROOF

15 shatterproof 2 W bulbs on a heavy rubberised cord, sold in 2500K, 2700K and 3000K, fixed white. Up to 20 strands chain. The record on these is less settled than the spec sheet suggests, which is worth knowing before you order.

What differs	H7015 48	Ambience Pro	Why it matters
Budget band	Budget	Budget	Same tier. We print neither number; the buttons above open the live listings.
Length	48 ft	48 ft	Same length, so every other row is a straight comparison.
Lights, pitch	15	15 at 38 in
Addressable zones	15	0	A zone is the smallest thing the app can colour on its own. Alternating schemes need one per light.
Per light	65 lm	not stated	Brightness per point. More points at fewer lumens can add up to the same total.
Per fixture	not stated	2 W
Weather rating	IP65	UL, weatherproof	The higher number survives more water. Anything under a gutter wants IP67 or better.

The differences that matter

Control: the H7015 has 15 addressable zones. The Ambience Pro has none and is sold in 2500K, 2700K or 3000K.
Connectivity: the H7015's notes say it is Bluetooth only, with no wifi and no schedule when you are out.
Spacing: the Ambience Pro places bulbs 38 in apart. The H7015 gives no spacing figure.
Brightness: Govee states 65 lm per bulb; Brightech states 2 W and no lumens, so output is not directly comparable.
Weather and record: the H7015 is IP65, the Ambience Pro UL and weatherproof with no IP number. Both products' notes flag an open question on longevity or record.
