The differences that matter
- Brightness: the SUNVIE 8 states 900 lm per head from a 12 W COB LED. The LEONLITE 6 lists 5 W and no lumen figure.
- Beam: the LEONLITE has a 45-degree beam. The SUNVIE listing gives a head that adjusts through 270 degrees but no beam angle.
- Count: 6 lights against 8, so the SUNVIE covers more features from one order.
- Extras to buy: the LEONLITE needs a 12-24 V transformer. The SUNVIE listing says transformer, cable and wire connectors are all separate purchases, which it notes catches people out.
- Repair: the LEONLITE's product notes say the LED is sealed in, so a failed LED means replacing the fixture. The SUNVIE page does not say.
